Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts and permissions within the Sirion CLM solution.
- Oversee master data management processes and ensure data integrity.
- Design and automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Configure entities and set up organizational structures in the system.
- Customize UI content to meet user needs and improve usability.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members and end-users as needed.
- Offer proactive advice and support to customers regarding best practices and system usage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Sirion CLM solution.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in English, with excellent professional communication skills.
- Strong intercultural understanding and ability to work across time zones.
- Proven ability in process analysis and understanding.
Required Hard Skills:
- Expertise in the Sirion CLM platform, including configuration and administration.
- Strong knowledge of contract management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis, including experience with data migration and integration.
- Familiarity with workflow design tools and process automation techniques.
- Experience in user training and support for software applications.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Experience in testing processes and methodologies to support business units (BUs) effectively.
- Proficient in using collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
