As a Lead you will support and grow a development project team.

In this position, you will analyze, design, code, debug, test and modify software enhancements or new software, and provide high-level architecture guidance, create strategic technical designs for projects of scope within .

A Lead Software Engineer you will manage escalation and issue resolution for internal or external clients and stakeholders.

In addition to that, you will provide input to project resourcing plans, advocate for an efficient development environment, set expectations and drive continuous improvement and high-quality code.

Finally, you are responsible to consult with stakeholders on current functionality and complexity of adding new features to develop software specifications, translate business problems into functional work estimates at the component level for current and future projects.
