Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Location- Navi Mumbais

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and internal events (festivals, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, etc.)
• Assist in drafting and disseminating internal communication like newsletters, HR updates, recognition posts, and policy announcements.
• Help coordinate feedback surveys (e.g., onboarding, engagement, and exit surveys) and analyze basic trends.
• Maintain and update HR communication content on intranet platforms or notice boards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for event planning and employee recognition initiatives.
• Support onboarding and induction activities to ensure a smooth new joiner experience.
• Maintain records and documentation related to employee experience and communication initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas for enhancing internal engagement and communication strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of internal communication tools (e.g., Yammer, Slack, MS Teams)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Creativity and attention to detail A positive and proactive attitude
