Position Overview:

We are seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for desktops, Laptop, printers, and other IT equipment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing installations, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and peripherals.
• Educate users on best practices and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain detailed records and collaborate with the IT team.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of field or technical support experience.
• Graduation degree or 3-year diploma.
• Good communication skills.
