Job Description
Job Title: Sales Expert US Calling (Night Shift)
Location: Metaslade Pvt. Ltd., Global Business Hub, 411, 4th Floor, Kharadi, Pune
Shift: Night Shift (08:00 PM onwards IST)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to US-based customers.
- Effectively pitch products/services to potential leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales outcomes.
- Follow up with interested prospects and handle objections professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Ensure high-quality communication and professionalism in all interactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in international calling (US process) or sales is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
- Quick learner with a goal-driven and positive attitude.
- Ready to join immediately or on short notice.
