Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Intern, you will engage in various activities, including:
- Lead Generation
- Market Research
- Graphic Designing
- Email Marketing
In This Role, You Will:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor team performance using Excel and analytical tools
- Contribute to lead generation, content writing, graphic design, and LinkedIn marketing
We Are Looking For:
I. Self-motivated problem solvers with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
II. Candidates interested in building technical and business skills
III. Individuals who can adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
Preferred Skills:
- Canva
- ChatGPT
- LinkedIn Marketing
- Basic Excel Skills
CTC Details:
- Up to 2,40,000 Annually
- 10,000 Monthly stipend for the first 6 months (TDS applicable)
- Annual CTC of 2,40,000 post 6-month probation
Important Notes:
1. A Letter of Intent (LOI) will be issued after clearing the screening and interview post-training.
2. 1-week training (unpaid) on product and process will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
3. Final selection is based on assessment performance after training.
4. Appointment letters will be given only to those who pass the assessment.
5. A 12-month contract applies to this position.
