Experience: 4+ years of work experience in Branch management or sale management of agency channel
Industry: Life Insurance only
NOTE: Age should not be more than 35 years
Location: Mumbai and Raigarh
Job Role:
In charge of a group of sales managers.
- Building the agency and assembling the staff of sales managers
- In charge of overseeing the sales manager's productivity and providing early support.
- In charge of the team's confirmation standards.
- Key Accountabilities (A group of allocated tasks or obligations)
Relationship Administration:
- Assist in the daily running of the sales department
Overseeing the channel's sales and sales-related activities.
- Channel Support and Sales Process Management to handle customer issues after issuance and to manage sourcing, processing, and issuing (if any)
Oversee the relationship's finances, supporting the achievement of goals in terms of finances, sales promotion, and prompt and accurate commission reconciliation.
