Greetings from RAD Resources, A Reputed Jewellery Store is looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive Luxury Retail Sales with Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically with a jewellery brand
Job Title: Sales Executive -Luxury Jewellery Retail Sales
Salary: 60,000 to 80,000 Per month
Location: Hyderabad
Work Off: 6 offs a month, to be rotated as per the store roster,
Working Time: 10:30am to 7:30 pm
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, with mandatory experience in a jewellery brand
Gender Preference: Any
- Pleasing, Professional and Polished appearance.
- Proactive with good presence of mind.
- High level of detail orientation.
- Flexible to take on multiple responsibilities.
- Professional Background & Functional Knowledge:
- Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.
- Extensive experience in personal customer liaison with HNI clients.
- Professional experience in a sales role for high end watches and jewellery will be preferred.
- Skills:
- Ability to hold conversations with ultra HNIs.
- Effective communicator. Excellent in written and oral English. Any other foreign language will be an added advantage.
- Ability to adaptively perform in an evolving environment
- Willingness to travel as per business requirement.
- Convert walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.
- Provide and maintain exceptional customer service to each customer.
- Build relationships with clients
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assist in store operations.
- Support in marketing activities by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans and assisting in execution.
