Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote
Work Timings: This opportunity is for a US-based project and requires working remotely during US business hours (Night Shifts - 9 PM to 6 AM IST)

Job Description:
We are hiring SAP CRM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales and Service modules integrated with SAP SD.
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience working on a mix of SAP CRM Implementation, AMS, and Support Projects.
- Minimum 2 full-cycle end-to-end implementation, Support projects in SAP CRM Sales and Service is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM configuration, including ECC integration and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- In-depth expertise in One Order framework, IBase, Web UI configuration, Business Roles, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Complaint Management, and Resource Planning.
- Functional knowledge in CRM Middleware, CRM-SD integration, and Service Management.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and WRICEF developments.
- Strong consulting and analytical skills to understand business requirements and deliver robust CRM solutions.
