Here clients find scrap metal, scrap metal prices, scrap metal suppliers, scrap metal buyers, scrap metal offers to buy and sell along with other various categories of scrap. Work mode: On-site Overview: As a B2B Executive in RecycleInme(RIM), you will play a pivotal role in driving scrap business-to-business (B2B) sales and fostering long-term client relationships. You will be. responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your objective is to facilitate growth opportunities through strategic partnerships and effective communication. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research and networking. Help to develop B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and efficiency to optimize results. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to B2B sales and client satisfaction. Guide the B2B team to achieve targets and objectives. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in B2B sales and marketing. Requirements: Any Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets(Experience in the scrap field would be a plus) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
