Job Description

Experience : 8-10 Yrs.

Work Location : Bengaluru

Job Mode : Work from Office (5 days)

Requirements:

• Good Experience in Handling SAP Support Projects.
• Good to have experience in SAP SD and exposure towards S4/HANA is preferred.
• Sound understanding of SAP Infrastructure (on-premises as well as cloud).
• Excellent Working Knowledge of the Service Now Platform.
• Strong analytical skills, experience solving practical issues and engaging teams of multiple process partners to consensus.
• Strong Knowledge of IT Industry standards and best practices to develop organisational capability (people, processes, technology, knowledge) and process improvement models.
• Hands-on experience with complex project management.
• Problem solving, troubleshooting & diagnosis skills for technical issues.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude towards others. Respectful. Honest. Co-operative. High integrity, Willingness to learn -and teach- where required.
• Ability to collaborate with teams of all types, across international locations.
• Solution-focused - proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
