Job Description
Designation : Executive / Sr. Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on services rendered or products sold.
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Process and track payments, ensuring they are recorded correctly in our financial systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary billing information and resolve any billing-related issues.
- Generate and maintain billing reports for auditing purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of billing and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
