Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff, assigning duties and ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule and standards.
Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, placing orders as needed.
Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, cleaning schedules, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping activities and ensure seamless guest experiences.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to housekeeping staff.
Support the housekeeping manager in overseeing the daily operations of the department.
