Job Profile

• Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Ensure Reception and Office area is kept neat and tidy with all the necessary stationery and material
• Maintaining records of office attendance
• Multi tasking and Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Helping in courier services
• Should be able to help in hiring candidates as and when required through agencies.
  
  

Skills

• Should have good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• MS Office Word / Excel
