Job Description
The Content Moderation team focuses on reviewing photos, images, videos, and text-based content and decide as to whether the reviewed content violates our policies and terms of service. They review content which may be sensitive in nature. They ensure that all content violating our policies are accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner.
Role & responsibilities:
- In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through experience and knowledge, as well as per general guidelines.
- Ability to remain neutral and review work as defined by policies and procedures, keeping personal bias aside.
- You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks that need to be carried out and the decisions that you make will impact your work.
- You will be a part of a team of moderators responsible for the predetermined, targeted scope of work.
- You will be closely monitoring the Social Media platforms and community platforms to understand players sentiments and to identify bugs/issues in the game.
- You would be interacting with players real time and help them with issues, welcome new members/players in the servers and guide them with the right channels for required information.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proficient with English and have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fair knowledge about social networking and familiarity with various social networking and content sharing platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other accompanying software & applications.
- Good Knowledge of Mobile Games and PCGames. Have passion for gaming and experience with game playing in various genres, both online and offline will be an advantage.
- Must possess logical, reasoning, troubleshooting skills and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with confidential information collection and management
- Flexibility and availability for rotational shifts and week offs to cover hours of operations.
