Position: State Head - Sales, based at Hyderabad and responsible for both Telengana and Andhra.
Experience: 10 - 15 years
Skills: Sales, FMCG Sales in Beverage Industry
Primary Roles & Accountabilities: -
Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for achievement of set revenue & profitability targets and developing & expanding market share in the face of growing competition
Driving large scale revenue and profit gains as well as improving on organizational productivity and performance
Overcoming complex business challenges and making high-stake decisions, driving new product launch, establishing strategic partnerships and accelerating growth & achieving desired goals
Building distribution network with reliable channel partners, dealers & stockiest, appointing distributors in non-performing areas, developing infrastructure for new channels
Optimizing performance levels of channel partners, ensuring optimum exposure of products through channels and improving investment levels of trade partners
Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients for generating repeat business
Recruiting, orienting & motivating teams, managing their performance and delivering trainings on diverse topics
Experience:-
Able to conceive and implement ideas that fuel market place
Enhanced revenue, evolve & execute strategies that reach out to new markets and steer the acquisition of business from high profile accounts
Developing new markets from scratch and consistently enhance business operations with focus on top-line & bottom-line performance
Build and maintain relationships with key corporate decision makers and establish large volume & high profit accounts
Result-oriented visionary executive with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters
Enterprising and dynamic leader with well-rounded leadership, communication, planning, analytical and ownership skills and excellence in directing cross-functional teams and leading them to deliver results
Note :Knowledge of Local Language ie., Telugu is a must
