Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take the ownership and technical leadership in the design, development/porting & validation of QNX RTOS/ hypervisor-based systems in target boards.
- Build QNX competency in the team. Conduct trainings and interviews.
- Technically own project proposals.
- Provide technical inputs to prepare project scope, schedule and cost etc.
- Guide and mentor the technical leads to deliver commitments on time with Quality
- Interact with customer on the project technical aspects and prepare and present the project technical progress
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with onsite support members and communicate the requirements to the offshore team
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring appropriate engagement
- Predict project risks and develop mitigation plans
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Good knowledge in QNX RTOS and its microkernel architecture
- Experience in QNX Momentics tools and QNX SDP
- Good exposure to QNX based hypervisor and CPU virtualization.
- Expertise in board bring up, device driver development, interrupt handling etc.
- Porting of guest OS and drivers to hypervisor system
- Strong C/C++ programming skills
- Experience in IPs like DMA, CAN, UART, I2C, PCIE, Ethernet etc.
- Good debugging skill.
- Experience in performance and power optimization.
- Good team player and must be able to work independently.
- Strong verbal & written Communication in English and Interpersonal skills is a must.
- Self-driven and proactive
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Automotive domain
- Experience in HMI/application development in QNX RTOS.
- Experience in AUTOSAR.
- Experience in Linux internals
- Electronics knowledge and trouble shooting skills on hardware development boards.
- Experience in using test equipment to debug the hardware software interface.
