Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Timely Complete Bar Operation

2. Complete all operational forms and reports on time.

3. To introduce new Menu in cocktails and Mock-tails.

4. To serve the drink as per service standards.

5. To increase Bar Outlet revenue by up-selling

6. To increase APC of Bar Outlet

7. To ensure proper work place hygiene as per HACCP Standards.

8. Proper inventory of all Bar Resources Like Glasses, Crockery and Cutlery.

9. Timely do Bar Liquor Inventory and update in Register.
