Job Description
Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Bangalore (Initial remote)
Shift: 9 am IST onwards
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with 2-3 years of experience who can independently manage our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes. This role is crucial to scaling our real-time AI product infrastructure securely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage AWS and Azure infrastructure
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, automated, and reliable deployments
Own Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
Monitor system health, performance, and availability; set up logging and alerting systems
Ensure cloud security, scalability, and cost optimisation.
Support frequent model updates, product releases, and iterative feature rollouts
Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, and product teams
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of DevOps experience in a product-focused or startup environment.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, etc.)
Working knowledge of Azure cloud and its DevOps tooling.
Solid understanding of Linux systems, Docker, networking, and shell scripting.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
Proficiency with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tools.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to solve problems independently.
Experience in MLOps, especially with AI/ML model deployment and scaling (Preferred).
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, or service mesh tools (Preferred).
Experience in high-availability, low-latency system design (Preferred).
