Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Conversational Flows: Design and implement conversational flows using Cognigy AI platform to create engaging chatbot experiences across various channels.
Natural Language Understanding (NLU): Implement NLU capabilities to understand user intents and entities, and effectively handle user queries and requests.
Integration: Integrate Cognigy AI with external systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services to enable chatbots to perform tasks such as fetching information, processing transactions, and interacting with other systems.
Customization and Personalization: Customize chatbot interactions and responses based on user context, preferences, and historical data to provide personalized experiences.
Testing and Optimization: Conduct testing and optimization of conversational flows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve chatbot performance.
Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy chatbots to production environments and monitor performance. Provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.
Documentation: Document conversational flows, integration points, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Cognigy AI Platform: Hands-on experience with Cognigy AI platform or similar conversational AI tools.
Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or Java for implementing custom logic and integrations.
Natural Language Processing (NLP) and NLU: Knowledge of NLP techniques and NLU models for understanding user input and generating appropriate responses.
API Integration: Experience with integrating chatbots with external APIs, web services, and databases using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other integration methods.
Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex requirements and design solutions to meet business objectives effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of conversational flows and interactions.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on conversational AI or chatbot development.
