Academic Consultant (AC)
Ideal Candidate details:
Graduate with 0- 5 yrs. of B2C Sales/ Field Sales Experience.
Edu. industries background candidates will have added advantage.
Good Communication skills: Kannada candidates get more preference.
Laptop (INR 800 as reimbursement) + Two-wheeler (Petrol Allowance given) are mandatory.
Compensation
Fixed CTC upto 5L, depends on last take home.
Best Incentives in industry (Unlimited Incentives)
Annual Bonus: 20% of Fixed CTC+Allowances and Reimbursements
Roles & Responsibilities

Must have a Bike and a laptop
Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as solution
Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
Learn/ Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
