Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the enhancement of our product suite experience. As a Junior UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced designers to elevate the user experience of our core service. This role is ideal for a creative and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about UX design and eager to develop their skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in User Experience Design: Collaborate with the UX design team to contribute to the improvement of user-flows, UI design, graphic design and overall user experience of our consumer app & CRM product suite.

Support User Journey Optimization: Assist in analyzing user journeys, identifying pain points, and proposing solutions to enhance the overall usability and effectiveness of the application.

Stay Informed about UX Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design, and contribute fresh ideas to the design process.

Design Documentation: Work closely with the team to create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, to effectively communicate design concepts.

Collaborative Contribution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing input and support to ensure the successful implementation of UX improvements.

Learn from Senior Designers: Learn and absorb knowledge from experienced UX designers, receiving mentorship and guidance to accelerate your professional growth.

Customer interactions: Engaging with customers/clients to understand needs, gather feedback, and refine user experiences.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Degree in UX design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience.
Portfolio: Showcase any relevant projects or coursework that demonstrate your understanding of UX design principles and creative problem-solving.
Basic Understanding of UX Tools: Familiarity with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar is a plus.
Passion for UX Design: Display a genuine interest in user experience design, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative design environment.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and customers.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
