Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Expert Specialized in a Specific High-tech area of knowledge for industrialization/manufacturing (Process documents like Work Instructions, JBS, Bill of Material creation, Design of Assembly line & its accessories etc. ) in a plant.

Responsible for Specifying, Implementing & Qualifying the Manufacturing Process & Equipment

Ensures Product Assembly feasibility.

Preparation of Process Documents

Complete designing of the Production Assembly line, Development of New Layouts , Design of Jigs, Fixtures & Assembly line Accessories like Kanban Racks, Assembly Trollies,

Develop specifications, approve designs, realize, and qualify manufacturing equipment/tooling

supporting North America Manufacturing group on Industrial Engineering ne

Preferred candidate profile

Take & Manage risk with a sense of accountability. Innovate, generate, and promote new ideas within the team, challenge status quo, disrupt. programs, processes and procedures.

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes n Specifies and procures manufacturing equipment with assistance

Reads and understands drawings for approval n Knowledge of Project Management, general contract law and the concept review
