We are looking for a skilled and proactive Frontend Lead with a strong backend foundation in Node.js and MongoDB, paired with modern frontend expertise. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading small teams, driving solutions, and delivering scalable applications using full-stack technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a small team of developers

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and MongoDB

Implement front-end components using React.js, Angular, or Next.jsWork with TypeScript and manage RESTful APIs

Handle SQL operations and manage cloud deployments via AWS

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Mandatory Skills: Node.js (Strong proficiency) MongoDB (Primary database)SQLAWSFrontend: React.js or Angular (any one is fine), Next.js, TypeScript

Basic leadership/mentoring experience is a must.
