TA 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for core banking and QA/testing roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates with experience in Flexcube, Finacle, T24, and other core banking products.
Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams to understand requirements and drive closures.
Maintain strong candidate pipeline and ensure smooth interview process and onboarding.

Requirements:

24 years of IT recruitment experience, with a minimum of 1 year in core banking hiring.
Exposure to banking product testing roles and domain-based recruitment.
Strong communication skills and a result-oriented approach.Role & responsibilities
