Dabur India Limited, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned region.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and ensure they meet individual and collective targets.

  3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, monitor competitor activities, and stay informed about market trends.

  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers. Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

  5. Sales Strategy: Devise effective sales strategies and promotional activities to enhance product visibility and market penetration.

  6. Forecasting and Planning: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and contribute to overall business planning.

  7. Budget Management: Manage and optimize the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.

  8. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

  9. Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and present insights to the senior management team.

  10. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
