As an Assistant HR, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, coordination of recruitment processes, and assisting with employee onboarding. Responsibilities: - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Coordinate and assist in conducting new employee orientation and onboarding processes - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases - Provide support in various HR activities such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR policy implementation - Handle general HR inquiries and provide assistance to employees as needed.
