Are you a dynamic Team Leader with a passion for driving exceptional customer service and sales performance We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Team Leader in Gurgaon, India!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
  • Drive sales performance through proactive outreach, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Optimize team performance and operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
