SAP MM /WM /SD Configuration process knowledge
- Preferably 1 end to end implementation of SAP MM /WM Knowledge of Duties Taxation in business SAP Min 4 years of SAP MM /WM support experience preferably in retail /logistics company with preferably min 3 years of domain experience Sound knowledge of business process best practices around material handling purchase /procurement warehouse fleet route management
- Knowledge of SDLC ISO /CMM ITIL software testing certifications /knowledge vendor resource management project management shall be an added advantage Should be ready to work in a non IT end user retail company like ours Handled /lead team of min 4-6 members Hands on SAP processes for min 4 years Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment planning warehouse management fleet management route management retail logistics Indian indirect duties /taxes
- Ability to plan coordinate and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional technical and support functions and to do requirement study with function
- Quick at understanding the business issues pain points and challenges of org
- Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes issue tracking management Effective resource time management Knowledge of Best practices in function Reviews and edits requirements specifications business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
- Leads testing efforts
- Ensures issues are identified tracked reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing
- Knowledge of testing and quality Performance analysis Root cause analysis Good communication presentation skills Knowledge of SDLC ISO /CMM ITIL software testing certifications /knowledge project management vendor resource management
- Adept in multitasking Resource management skills Should possess Good Technical Understanding and preferably Retail background - understanding of warehouse /logistics / cf is an added plus
