Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, sponsors, leaders, product managers, developers, and other designers to translate business and user needs into engaging, intuitive, and accessible interfaces.
Key responsibilities include conducting user research, creating persona, user journey map, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, and performing usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience. You should have a strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility, user flows, and information architecture, with a passion for solving complex design challenges. The ideal candidate is proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and has a solid understanding of current design trends, best practices, and responsive design principles. You should also have experience in working with cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, design thinking workshops and usability testing
- Run user centered design process to create persona, journey maps, MVP, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs
- Ensure designs are aligned with business goals and user needs
- Pitch and sell design services
- Work on proposals and presentations Requirements:
- Qualified design graduate or post graduate from a reputed design school
- Proven experience in UX/UI design
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Certifications in UX/ UI design (like Usability, User Centered Design process, Design Thinking) are good to have but not must to have for folks with formal design education/ degree.
