Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Nuvama Wealth located in Navi Mumbai. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team of employees, developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and resolving any issues or concerns. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in the finance industry. Knowledge of financial products and services. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions. Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
