    1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    3. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
    4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and requirements.
    5. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and generate reports.
    6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.

Good Communication skills

Relevant experience of a minimum of 01 year
