Job Description

Technical Acumen Solid understanding of IT products & services (Commerce, SaaS, cloud platforms, integration, ERP/CRM) Salesforce, SAP Commerce /ERP, Optimizely etc. Ability to translate technical features into business value Sales Expertise Minimum of 3 years of proven inside sales or IT sales experience, preferably within the North American region. Proven track record in quota driven inside sales Lead Generation: Demonstrated success in sourcing and qualifying leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound inquiry handling Experience with consultative/solution selling Pipeline generation and management (cold outreach, discovery calls, demos) Familiarity with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Communication & Presentation Skills Strong verbal and written communication Ability to craft compelling email sequences and proposals Confident on camera and in person demo/presentation skills Relationship Building Consultative approach to uncover pain points and drive value Ability to foster long term client relationships and upsell Prospecting & Research Expertise in identifying high potential target accounts and personas Skilled at using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or similar tools Collaboration & Cross Functional Alignment Works effectively with marketing, pre sales, solution architects, and customer success Shares market & customer insights back to the team Process & Tools Strong time and territory management Discipline in maintaining CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy Comfortable leveraging sales engagement platforms Analytical Mindset Uses data to inform prospecting strategies and optimize conversions Tracks key metrics (activity, conversion rates, deal velocity) Adaptability & Growth Mindset Learns quickly about new technologies and industries Embraces feedback and continuously hones sales craft Resilience & Self Motivation Proactive, tenacious, and thrives in a fast paced environment Self starter with the drive to exceed targets Cultural Fit & Values Alignment Customer centric and team oriented Integrity, accountability, and a passion for technology Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in any field / Any graduate from a recognized university
