Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop, implement, and manage financial policies and procedures. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. Provide insightful recommendations for improving financial performance. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management and regulatory bodies. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Taxation: Manage all aspects of taxation, including income tax, GST, and other relevant. taxes. Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance. Work closely with external tax advisors to optimize the company's tax position. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. Cash Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization's financial stability. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
