Job Location - Dwarka mor Metro Station, Delhi

Starting Salary will be from 16,000 Rs to 25,000 Rs in Hand Fixed NO TARGETS + Cash Incentives of approx. 8000-12000 Rs/ per Month

CITA Expectation from You as a Admission Counsellor/ HR Recruiter, If you Join US
- Your Age 18- 26 Years (Male & Female) Should be Open with outbound Calling Profile, as we will give you fresh Numbers and Leads, So you could take interviews on calls and then call those Potential Candidates to our Dwarka Mor office, who are interested for Airline Trainings
- You should have good observation skills to Judge Candidates, if they are interested in to take Training and so you could brief them about the Course Curriculum and Batch Details- and Classes Timings and Course Fees
- Should be Sharp and Active in taking Follows up on Calls and Mails
- For this Job we need very Good Spoken English
- if experience is in (Educational Sales- or a Institute or as a HR Recruiter) It will be a added advantage
- This Job require Candidates who Like to Talk on calls and assessing the candidates in terms of his Knowledge and Interest in the Applied Vacancy
(If you are Shortlisted there will be a 1 Month OJT (On Job Training) on company Softwares and Phone Software with CITA and Salary in Training would be different for 1st Month)
Roles & Responsibilities for HR Admission Counsellor
- Counselling students on call, regarding Airport and Airline courses and briefing them about fees and Training Modules
- Would be doing Outbound Calling to candidates who have applied for the job with us on Naukri- LinkedIn- Facebook- Instagram
- Informing the Candidates about the Eligibility criteria by taking their Telephonic Round and speaking with their Parents
- Lining up the candidates for the Pre-Screening round and inviting them to the academy to check their Eligibility criteria. (As we do not give admissions to everyone).
- Should also track and follow up on all Lineup who are Interested for a Training Course
- Speaking with students and parents and explaining them the Fees and benefits of the Aviation courses, answer questions etc.
- Briefing them about the Airport and Airline Courses
- This Job requires Excellent communication Skills, as a HR as you would be speaking to PAN India Candidates for Jobs and admissions as Have Offline and Online Batches available for Airline Courses.
Office Timings -Monday to Saturday 6 days working. 10 Am to 7 Pm (Sunday Fix Off) ----------
