Job Description: Develop and execute the companys business development strategies, aligning them with the growth objective in their domain. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging industry networks, research, and various lead-generation channels. Develop an in-depth understanding of the product range, including technical specifications, benefits, and competitive advantages to communicate value propositions to potential customers effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and delivery teams, to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead in the market. Continuously refine the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective sales methodologies. Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to the leadership team, providing insights for strategic. adjustments. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business relationships. Demonstrated record of success in delivering commercial KPIs required. Strong presentation, communication, and collaborative skills are required. Experience in managing Customers (Importers & Distributors) preferred. Frequent International Travelling. Job Responsibilities: Create strategies and plans that deliver profitable revenue growth. Generate new sales inquiries. Generate new orders from existing clients. Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts. Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets. Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges. Person will work in an office and travel regularly abroad (Foreign Travel every month). Person may spend long periods away from home and need to work late hours according to the timings of the western world. Person must develop and maintain good contacts with clients, distributors, and suppliers. Knowledge of engine parts or mechanical fields is an added advantage. Participating in Exhibitions.
