VDart- Team Lead - (US IT) Job Title: Team Lead (Hands-on Experience in US IT RECRUITMENT) Company: VDart Eligibility: 6+ years Location: Trichy Criteria: Willing to relocate to Trichy Timing: US Shift Hours Role and Responsibilities: Experience in handling US IT requirements Experience in handling a Team Members Good Business Communication Skills / e-mail Ethics / Voice & Accent Primarily responsible for delivery of technical resources into large PSA and mid-tier organizations and managing the P&L of the recruitment business within the organization. Other responsibilities that include are client engagement, issues resolution (as a point of escalation) account management, account planning, new business development, Internal Recruitment, and co- ordination of the recruitment function. Good Understanding of Geographies like US/Canada/LATAM operations Perfect Understanding of Generating Response through Job Postings, Mass Mailing etc. Experience in working. with any leading ATS Should be responsible for developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of client requirements and soliciting and communicating accurate and comprehensive information on client requirements to the recruitment team / recruitment pool. Steering Full life cycle of recruiting process, which includes Resource planning, identifying, sourcing, qualifying, negotiation, Talent Acquisition and Deployment. Using sources like web technologies, references and employee referrals for building and maintaining resume database. Coordinate and assist in scheduling technical, HR and client Interviews. Liaison between candidates and hiring managers. Experience in working on any or more diversified job requirements across INFRA / ERP/ BI / SMAC / Cloud/ Leadership Hiring etc Exposure to working models and recruitment needs of Global BIG 4, US Fortune 500, System Integrator(s) etc. is an advantage Maintaining and updating the database by Network contacts and leads. Preparing and submitting monthly Report about the Placement Division Status to the Director. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT staffing handling team members / business development/account management/ Technical recruiting & Lead experience in the US market. Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them. Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self- motivated. Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets. Expert level technical recruitment skills. Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude. Proficiency in MS-Office / Outlook. Highly Techno Savvy in adapting to new Tools and Techniques
