Job Description:
SAP HR ABAP
Key Responsibilities:
Work on Time management objects
Work on Payroll Belgium objects
Work on Payroll Luxemburg objects
Integrations with SAP/ Non-SAP applications
Data migration objects
Technical Experience:
6 to 9 years of SAP Time Management and Payroll implementation end to end
experience
Knowledge of objects in Personnel administration and Organisational Management module
Should understand requirements from functional specifications and be able to map the requirements in Technical specification
Preferably 2 year of experience in the Country Roll Outs implementation projects. Understanding on FSD and prepare TSD and develop objects as per requirement
Familiar with the ITIL processes
ABAP HR-
Data migration/ Data upload skills like LSMW, BDC
Strong experience in Enhancements using customer exits, BADIs and HR user exits
Process and forms would be the added advantage
OOPS ABAP and ODATA programming
Adobe forms would be the added advantage
Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in implementing HR Payroll interfaces by retrieving data from Payroll cluster and infotypes
Must have detailed experience in SAP HCM Payroll Belgium and Luxemburg technical object
Knowledge in SAP Success Factors/ Workday modules would be the added advantage
Integrations
Should have worked on integrations with 3rd Party SAP/ Non-SAP application
Professional Attributes:
A Should be a team player with good communication skill. Should be able to coordinate between Europe and India team members
Excellent soft skills and Strong communication skills required
Additional Information: Should be Certified in HCM Payroll is preferred
