Job Description

Conduct meetings with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their roles, responsibilities, and perspectives on Service Mapping Requirements.
Review existing policies, procedures, and documentation related to existing Services.
Get the required environment access and credentials.
Create architecture design Create process flow diagrams
Create unit and functional test plans CSDM and CMDB Implementation
Experience is required Discovery and Service Mapping Implementation experience is required
