Real Estate Sales Executive/Investment Manager-5 Day Working, MON-TUE OFF

Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Mumbai,Andheri East. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication, account management, and driving growth through business opportunities.


Skills Required :


New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

Strong business acumen and ability to identify business opportunities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage and maintain client relationships

Experience in real estate or related industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Salary - Fixed Salary(3LPA -6LPA) + Incentives + Quarterly Appraisal Opportunities+5days working

Qualications:
Education:
o High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real
Estate, or a related eld preferred.
Experience:
o Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar
role.
Skills and Competencies:
o Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work
independently.
o Procient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
Work Environment:
o This position primarily involves eldwork, including property visits,
client meetings, and networking events.
o O ce-based administrative tasks are also required.
o Full-time position
