Job Description

Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Finance, Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, or related subjects. Design and update curriculum content to reflect the latest industry trends, financial theories, and best practices in finance and investment management. Mentor and advise students on academic matters, research projects, career development, and internships related to finance and investment. Conduct independent research, publish scholarly articles in renowned academic journals, and present research findings at conferences to contribute to the advancement of the finance field. Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects, secure research grants, and actively participate in academic committees and departmental initiatives. Engage in outreach activities, such as industry collaborations, consulting projects, or workshops, to bridge academia and the finance industry. Contribute to curriculum. development, assessment processes, and accreditation requirements in alignment with the university's standards. Stay abreast of developments in finance, financial modeling, investment strategies, risk management, financial technology, and other relevant areas to integrate cutting-edge knowledge into teaching and research. Requirements: A Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Demonstrated expertise in finance theory, quantitative methods, research methodologies, and a strong publication record in reputable academic journals. Previous experience teaching finance-related courses with a dedication to excellence in education and student mentorship. Ability to develop innovative teaching approaches, utilize technology effectively, and create interactive and experiential learning environments.
