Requirements: Role: SAP FICO R2R Location: Hyderabad Mode. WFO EXP: 10 Years Note: Looking immediate Joiner JD Position Overview: Qualifications: Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy or masters degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP R2R implementation, configuration, and support. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, processes, and reporting requirements. Experience leading SAP implementation projects or workstreams, including stakeholder engagement and project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with workstream leads, business leaders, and technical teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) or related modules is preferred. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus. Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is desirable.
