Skill: SEO Content Writer
Location: Kochi
Experience: 2 - 6 Years
Must Have:
- Skilled at creating and maintaining relationships with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to develop content that meets users' needs and supports business goals.
- Track record of developing effective, on-brand content consistent with editorial guidelines and legal requirements.
- Experience writing for a global audience in a large, global organization.
- Firm understanding of SEO principles and ability to optimize content for search engines.
- Experience defining KPIs and reviewing analytics to propose content evolution that improves results.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to accept, consolidate, and address feedback from multiple reviewers and acumen to know when to advocate for your ideas and when to change course per stakeholder input.
- Ability to bring user experience perspective to projects and develop intuitive information architecture.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce content deliverables on tight deadlines.
- Strong internal communication and project management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues in design, technology, and development and champion the customer experience from comps to production.
- Review KPIs and drive continuing content improvement projects.
- Create content that embodies brand identity and competitive differentiation.
- Define long-term content strategy that drives business goals while engaging target audiences.
- Review and redline deliverables created by other members of the content team, proofreading for grammar, spelling, style, and accuracy to help ensure high-quality deliverables.
