Job Description

Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code. Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e. g. , React. js, Angular, Vue. js). Implement design concepts and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and consistency. Optimize application performance and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices. Work closely with UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement user-centric interfaces. Create reusable UI components and libraries for future use, maintaining code integrity and organization. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency. . Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, ensuring smooth and efficient user experiences. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in frontend development and UI/UX design. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in adopting best practices and improving Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on UI development. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React. js, Angular, or Vue. js. Demonstrated experience with Figma for design collaboration and prototyping. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Experience with CSS preprocessors (e. g. , SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
