Strong leadership and team management skills, including a track record of building and leading teams. Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, with a focus on SAP's integration. Proficiency in SAP's accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure. Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to adapt to changing business needs with a focus on SAP best practices.
