As we continue to expand our online presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Executive to oversee our diamond jewelry division. Position: E-commerce Manager - Diamond Jewelry Location: [Kamala Mill, Lower Parel] Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for diamond and silver jewelry, including setting sales targets, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from sourcing to listing on the website, ensuring accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize stock levels to ensure product availability. and minimize stockouts. Website Management: Manage the diamond and silver jewelry section of the company website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and increase sales. Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience and high customer satisfaction. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data, website traffic, and other relevant metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (3 years ) in e-commerce management, preferably in the jewelry industry. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and website analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
