Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance sector to drive revenue growth. Recruitment for channel partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement risk management practices to safeguard the company's interests. Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry (Agency Vertical), with a focus on agency management. Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performance teams. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
