CTC: Up to 10 Lac per annum

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Face to Face Channel in the specified locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales growth.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless branch operations and excellent customer service.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of insurance products and services.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Willingness to travel within the specified locations.
