Job Description
- Total experience of 10+ years.
- Hands on working experience in SAP Project Management, specifically in SAP S/4HANA projects.
- In-depth knowledge of core SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Rally.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the team in pre-sales activities related to Agile, including preparing and writing proposals and creating artifacts.
- Drive consulting revenue through existing and new accounts.
- Leverage consulting opportunities to drive downstream revenues for the client.
- Create and present case studies to potential clients.
- Regularly interact, train, and coach C-level executives at the client's end.
- Manage and track KPIs and metrics across Portfolio, Program, and Team levels.
- Ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the project.
- Identify project/service stakeholders early and work with them to ensure deliverables align with business case benefits.
- Plan, organize, and monitor projects to deliver high-quality business solutions.
- Define the scope of the project/service and manage goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and manage team members by providing constant on-the-job feedback and guidance.
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
