Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Support Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site assistance for our automation and camera technology solutions. The Support Engineer will work closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation, operation, and maintenance of our systems. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, integrate, and troubleshoot cameras, optics, and industrial automation systems. Collaborate with Application Engineers on automation solutions, PLC systems, and AI/machine learning integration. Provide exceptional technical support, conduct product demonstrations, and maintain thorough documentation standards. Conduct on-site deployments, commissioning, testing, and in-house development activities as needed. Assist in project management tasks, including overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers. to align project objectives and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution. Conduct regular project reviews and status updates to stakeholders, providing insights into project milestones and performance metrics. Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant fields such as Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines. Strong knowledge in cameras, optics, industrial automation, PLC systems, and machine learning/AI. Proficient in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, software tools, and hardware quickly. Experience with project management, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and provide on-site support as needed. Familiarity with industrial robotics, IoT, and Linux knowledge is a plus.
